Monterey Council on Aging
Minutes February 26, 2018
The meeting was opened at 10 am. Present were N. Champigy, R. Champigny, K. Purcell, J. Rodriguez. We were joined by Peter Chait.
The minutes of February 12, 2018 were read by R. Champigny and accepted.
There will be a meeting of all the town boards at 6 pm.
J. Rodriguez announced this is his last meeting as a member. His appointed term expires in March; he will continue working with the council.
Our budget allows for a recognition event for 90 year olds and volunteers. All were in favor with planning for this. Time: the week of May 14 for lunch; the Community Center if space and time available; catering possibilities offered were Marketplace, Gould Farm, Red Lion/Elm St.; possible entertainment with music.
The meeting adjourned at 11:15 am.
